Don’t forget to complete the Free and Reduced Meals application! Offered through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the application allows students to receive school meals at a free or reduced amount based on federal income eligibility guidelines. We encourage all families, regardless of income, to complete an application to ensure that all who are eligible have access to free or reduced meal prices. The application MUST be submitted EVERY year in order to continue to be eligible even if your student has received these benefits in the past. This week, we celebrated our staff that have spent 25 years with us. A common comment heard was "I walked in to my building...and I never left!" That is what makes @BurgSchools special. All of you who have walked in to this District...and never left! Have a great school year! 💙

Our staff have been hard at work getting the district prepared for that first day of the school year! Today we welcomed our staff back for Opening Day,, Professional Development sessions, and a Wellness Voyage to gain important skills and knowledge for the new year. We can't wait to welcome our students back to school, and we are truly grateful for the unwavering support of our community. Here's to a fantastic year ahead!
