Miamisburg High School partnered with the Conduit Apprenticeship Program (CAP) which utilizes local businesses and leaders to provide career readiness support and experiential learning for students while introducing them to career opportunities in the residential trades.
Approximately 20 students spent 6 hours over the course of 3 days learning how to frame a wall, wire electric, and install drywall. Through the CAP program, students also learned about the following principles:
- Be Coachable (C)
- Be Attentive (A)
- Be a Problem Solver (P)

During the 2022-2023 school year, over 200 MCS students were enrolled in College Credit Plus courses at Sinclair College. Collectively they earned over 2,000 credit hours and saved families more than $270,000 in tuition and materials costs.
