As the cold and dark winter months start to settle in, we want to remind all of our students and staff that although this time of year can be merry and bright, it can also be mentally taxing for some. Miamisburg is committed to providing resources and a safe space to talk about all things mental health. That's why we will provide quick facts and resources to help you this winter.
Starting off this week with a few tips on how to prevent or combat those winter blues:

Enjoy time outdoors and see the light
Maintain a balanced diet

This partnership has allowed us to provide our students with access to resources and healthcare throughout the years. We are excited to announce that students can now apply for job shadowing at Kettering Health!
