In preparation for the new school year we would like to review our procedures for student drop off / or pick up. Car riders will use the pull around driveway at the front of the school. There are 2 lanes in this driveway, the lane near the curb is for drop off and the outside lane is for travel. Drivers should pull all the way forward, as indicated by a large orange cone, before stopping to pick up or drop off a student. In the morning, we are asking that you drop your student off once you are parked along a sidewalk. Please don’t want to get closer to the front door. In the afternoon, you’ll use this same driveway loop to park to wait for your student. If a parent wishes to park to pick up their student, we ask that you use the overflow parking near the practice fields as parking is not permitted in the staff parking lot at the front of the building. In order to keep this a safe and efficient process we ask that you follow the direction of the personnel who are directing traffic. Attached to this email is a diagram showing the flow of traffic. Please be patient in our first couple days of school as we all become accustomed to this plan. Make sure your child gets a good night rest on Sunday and weĺl see you Monday morning.

Last year’s community survey provided us with some areas to focus on for our 2022-23 school year. Attached to this one call email are the MMS Building Goals using data from that survey. Please take a moment to review the power-point presentation. Our objective was to provide a school where students are safe, we communicate well with our stakeholders, and we work on rebuilding our community after a rough couple of years. Please email me if you have any questions.
