Food Truck Visit
Entrepreneurship students watched several episodes of The Great Food Truck Race (Food Network). Rolling Indulgence, a Dayton based food truck, was in Season 10 of the race. They operate their food truck in the Dayton area. They came out to the high school to feed the class and talk about what it takes to run a food truck. Students were able to ask questions about the process of the challenges in starting, maintaining, and profiting from a food truck. The food truck came to Miamisburg High School on April 8, 2022.
