Apprenticehip Program

On Tuesday, February 19, Miamisburg High School (MHS) held the first CAP Signing Day of the year. CAP stands for Conduit Apprenticeship Program, a nonprofit that helps high school students explore career opportunities in the trade industry. After partnering with them this summer CAP have facilitated student workshops, taken students on tours of local remodeling companies, led monthly career coaching sessions and now connected students to local businesses willing to take on young apprentices.  Cayden Shores and Joey Mahaney were part of the signing today.  Cayden is being hired by Brennan Pascoe, owner of Next Stage Remodeling.  Brennan is a graduate of MHS and started his business here in Miamisburg. Joey is being hired by Eric Egger, Owner of Remodeling Designs also a Miamisburg Based company.
