Dear Parents and Families,
What a wonderful first three days of school!
As I begin my journey as your new principal, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible start we have had together. Walking through our classrooms, hallways, and common spaces, I have already seen so many moments that make me excited about the year ahead.
Our students have been learning routines, reconnecting with friends, meeting new teachers, and beginning the important work of learning. I have been especially proud to see their smiles, curiosity, kindness, and willingness to try new things.
These first three days have also given me the opportunity to begin getting to know our students and staff. I am grateful for the warm welcome I have received and for the energy, care, and commitment that our staff brings to our school each day.
As your principal, my goal is to build a school community where every child feels known, valued, supported, and challenged to grow. I look forward to partnering with you to make this a successful and memorable school year for every student.
Thank you for trusting us with your children and for all you do at home to support their learning. We are off to a great start, and I am so excited for what is ahead!
Here’s to a fantastic school year together!
Warmly,
Theresa Brock
Principal
Mound Intermediate
