Miamisburg City School District

During the 2021-2022 school year, students, staff, parents and community members were surveyed to assess their understanding of safety, sense of belonging and relationships in the school setting. This analysis determined that focusing on a sense of belonging would have the greatest impact. Therefore, we developed a goal and action plan to positively impact the sense of belonging for our students, staff, parents and community members. The student and staff Panorama and community surveys, which will be shared with stakeholders again in the spring, will be significant contributors for how we complete this goal. Again, the collaboration of our students, staff and community will be vital to creating a sense of belonging for all. Recently our students completed the fall Panorama survey.
