NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The February Regular Board Meeting of the Board of Education of Miamisburg City School District, Montgomery County, Ohio will be held on the 19th day of February 2026 at 5:00 o’clock P.M. at the Miamisburg Board of Education Board Room, 540 E. Park Avenue, Miamisburg, Ohio. At the beginning of the meeting, the Board will go into Executive Session to discuss the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of an employee or official and to consider confidential information related to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance because the information involves public infrastructure improvements that are directly related to an economic development project and the executive session is necessary to protect the interests of the possible investment or expenditure of public funds to be made in connection with the economic development project.. No board action will be taken.
The Regular Board business will begin promptly at 6:00 P.M.
