The Miamisburg City School District is thrilled to announce the hiring of Stephanie Hager, pending board approval, as our new Lead Teacher for Miamisburg Middle School (MMS). Her position is new for the 23-24 school year. As lead teacher, Stephanie will work with the administrators and counselors of MMS to foster an environment where all our students have access to quality educational opportunities that help them become lifelong learners.
Mrs. Hager has been with the district for twelve years. During that time, she has held various roles such as Teacher, Lead Mentor Teacher, District Leadership Team Member, Strategic Planning Committee Member, and Middle School Building Team Member. She has even stepped in as a substitute School Counselor when needed.
Steven Homan, Director of Human Resources, said, “The combination of Stephanie’s educational background, teaching experience, leadership experience, committee involvement and interest in all staff and student's ability to grow made her the perfect candidate for this position.”
Stephanie will officially begin her new position in August. We look forward to her positive impact on the middle school and the Miamisburg City School District.
