Annually, MHS will be working with Montgomery County Educational Service Center to screen all 9th grade students for depression and drug and alcohol related issues through their SBIRT Program.

What is SBIRT? SBIRT stands for Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment. Your child will be screened for depression and drug and alcohol issues. SBIRT offers some simple, useful tools to address possible concerns for your child. Screening will start the week of January 26, 2026.
